By the way, I just finished my 2 set of exercise that I designed myself to keep me fit. Actually, I need to do 3 set but I just do it 2 set and an extra cardio exercise so that I dont feel guilty of not finishing it:)
I must say that before I start my exercise a few hours ago, I wasnt motivated.

Well one thing that I usually do is playing my favourite music (And I mean high beat pop music not the one that makes you go to sleep)
Alternatively, I opened my media player and played movies that features the heroes that I idolised.
