Running is a significant way to consistently stay fit, improve the shape of your body, or enjoy the great environment. There is nobody else can be a serious runner on their first try. It takes both conditioning and perseverence. Whilst trying to get back into shape, you really have to start somewhere. The perfect place is probably to go for a nice evening walk in the park.

Accomplish a little bit more each and everyday until you think you might just be able to break into a run. Prior to you do run however its top to stretch out a bit. Wow, I just finished my exercise for today. Just like in my last post, my exercise is simple but I am confident that I get results!

I hope I inspires most of you. I got a few emails asking for tips. My tips are simple. I will share them bit by bit in this very blog.

SO you must be wondering what is the one mistake that almost everyone do that will make them suffer in the gym.

Well, if you think that you nee to pay for the gym fees and go to the gym everyday to get results, THAT IS the MISTAKE!

I  am not telling you to stop going to the gym. But if yoiu think you can achieve weight loss or anything by just going to the gym, this is not 100% true. I myself exercise in my home with just a pair of dumbbells. In fact, you do not need any dumbbell at all. Just an open space and motivation.

If you do not have any motivation at all, most of you will not go to the gym. You will lose your money in a flash.

If you are n a tight budget, you can always exercise at home. Just do this. Make a schedule and make a commitment!

By the way, I just finished my 2 set of exercise that I designed myself to keep me fit. Actually, I need to do 3 set but I just do it 2 set and an extra cardio exercise so that I dont feel guilty of not finishing it:)

I must say that before I start my exercise a few hours ago, I wasnt motivated.

“Want to know how I get myself energized?”

Well one thing that I usually do is playing my favourite music (And I mean high beat pop music not the one that makes you go to sleep)

Alternatively,  I opened my media player and played movies that features the heroes that I idolised.
